Biography

The Los Angeles-based power pop band Chewy Marble was founded by keyboardist Brian Kassan, formerly from the Wondermints. Rounded out by vocalist/guitarist Stu Forman, bassist Derrick Anderson and drummer Tamera Glover, Chewy Marble debuted in the first Poptopia Event in 1996; their 1st LP, a self-titled work issued around the Long term Press label, adopted a year later on.
