Charm Farm

Alternative rockers Attraction Farm emerged in the suburbs of Detroit using a sound marrying the city’s indigineous techno rhythms using the proto-punk spirit from the Stooges as well as the MC5. The group was led by vocalist/songwriter Dennis Light, a graduate of Boston’s Berklee College of Music; although he initial recorded beneath the Attraction Plantation name in 1989, then spent many years as an associate from the techno group Internal City. Upon departing the band, White colored revived Appeal Plantation, rounding out the lineup with guitarist Steve Zuccaro, drummer Eric Meyer, bassist Dino Zoyes and synth participant Ken Roberts. After earning a strong pursuing in the Engine City region, the group authorized to Mercury, issuing Pervert in 1997.
