Charlie Chesterman was a Boston-area bandleader who 1st found fame using the slapdash punk clothing Scruffy the Kitty. The music group gigged throughout Boston and produced some headway nationally but was completed by 1990 roughly. Chesterman’s next task was the Tranquility Rockets, which released specifically one EP. In 1994, he embarked on a decidedly twangier single career with In the Reserve of Flames, which made an appearance on the Gradual River imprint. The equivalent noises of Studabakersfield implemented two years afterwards; in 1997, Ryko released Strike This & Kick That, a Europe-only LP compiling monitors from his two single albums. The self-released Ham Radio implemented in 2000.
