Southern rap duo Charlie Youngster Gang (Deondre Thomas aka Pimpin Duke and Ronnie Welch aka Mechie Man) scored an enormous regional dance strike through the early 2010s with “Meat It Up,” an ode to cruising across the duo’s hometown of Scottdale, Georgia.
