Brooklyn four-piece CHAPPO produce traveling, psychedelic, and post-punk-influenced indie rock and roll. Focused around Baton Rouge indigenous lead vocalist/songwriter and guitarist Alex Chappo and Seattle-born keyboardist Chris Olson, the music group also contains drummer Zac Colwell and guitarist Dave Feddock. Created in Manhattan in 2007, CHAPPO released the EP Plastique Universe this year 2010, accompanied by the Plastique Universe II: Pisces Princess EP a yr later on. In 2012, CHAPPO released their full-length debut recording, Moonwater, on Majordomo Information. Two even more EPs, Petite Plastique and Nothin’ to market Ya (which presented addresses of Beck, Caveman, Jefferson Aircraft, and Kenny Rogers) adopted in 2013.
