Champion

Champ was a short-lived ’80s group formed in Canada by vocalist Alex Machin, who all initial caught the public’s interest in another music group called A Feet in COOL WATER. Other associates of Champ included drummer Paul Hannah; bassists Mike Gingrich and Dave Rose; saxophone participant Leo Sullivan; and guitarists Ashley Mulford, John Duva, and Brian Allen. Allen also lent his abilities in the keyboards. Throughout their short time jointly, Champion were able to complete only 1 record, a self-titled work that won small observance in the music world. It had been released beneath the Solid Silver Records label. There is one pop/rock and roll one that escaped in the debut record with some little bit of achievement, “I’D Lie for you for Your Like (AND THAT IS the reality).”
