Ceu da Boca was formed in 1978 from the sopranos Verônica Sabino, Rosa Lobo, and Lídia Sacharny, contraltos Maúcha Adnet, Paula Martins, and Márcia Ruiz, tenors Dalmo Medeiros, Chico Adnet, and Ronald Valle, and basses Paulinho Malaguti and Paulo Roberto. The Céu da Boca vocal group experienced the creation of their personal vocal arrangements, with their funny performances/clothes, and, certainly, the intense musicality of its people as a few of their most exclusive features. The group followed top works like Chico Buarque, Edu Lobo, Joyce, César Camargo Mariano, and Wagner Tiso. In 1981 they released the 3rd party Céu da Boca, accompanied by Baratotal (Polygram) within the next season. These were appointed the very best Vocal Group in 1983 with the Association of Artwork Critics of São Paulo (APCA), however in the next season, many of its people departed because of their solo professions, which triggered the dissolution of the group.
