Cesar Comanche

Delivered in Jacksonville, NC, Cesar Comanche was introduced to hip-hop by his sister in 1979, and immediately fell deeply in love with it. In 1996, while students at NC Condition, Comanche fulfilled classmate Pat Douthit, who later be referred to as manufacturer 9th Question, and soon started dealing with him. In 1999 both founded the Justus Group Crew, a link of various other rappers and manufacturers from NC Condition and neighboring NEW YORK Central School who frequently collaborated on each other’s tasks.
