Cell Stop 5 was founded in 1999 simply by guitarist/singer Dave Dalton, previously from the Screaming Bloody Marys. Documenting their first recording the same 12 months, the group started a grueling regiment of playing demonstrates found them carrying out with a number of the biggest titles within the underground punk picture. Alongside Dalton, the lineup also contains guitarist John Fortin, bassist Shawn Noon, and drummer Jared Gardener. In 2000 they released their second recording, Press It, on Industrial Power Records. The record included songs created with members from the Dwarves and Pansy Department and featured previous Useless Kennedys guitarist East Bay Ray on the track. By 2001 they continue steadily to tour the united states and release brand-new songs on 3rd party punk compilations.
