Cecilia Toussaint

Mexican pop/rock singer Cecilia Toussaint started her music career while taking part in a band called la Nopalera in the past due ’70s, recording Crece La Audiencia and Tremendo Alboroto and building her debut as an actress in 1979. Through the middle-’80s, Cecilia Toussaint worked well like a radio train station announcer, she also performed roles in well-known cleaning soap operas. After becoming a member of a group known as Abril, the vocalist/actress made a decision to create her very own project, called Arpía, documenting a self-titled record in 1985. Helped by Chilean manufacturer Carlos Narea and after her efficiency at Rockotitlán, an area rock celebration, label professional Tomás Muñoz agreed upon her as much as Sony Music, launching En Esta Ciudad in 1987, accompanied by 1990’s Tírame Al Corazón, made by Ronnie Foster within the U.S. In 1991, Cecilia Toussaint performed a job in an effective short movie known as Objetos Perdidos, performing alongside Daniel Giménez. A season later, the musician issued her initial live album, known as Noche De Día, launching Sirena De Trapo in 1993 and Detras Del Silencio in 1997. In the entire year 2000, the rock and roll soloist was nominated for the Latin Grammy Honours for her tune “Como La Nada” and documented El Cuarto Lleno De Espejos, made by La Barranca’s José Manuel Aguilera, that same season.
