b. 1978, Manchester, Jamaica, Western Indies. Cecile released her 1st documenting when she was simply 15. Her preliminary foray in to the music market was fulfilled with indifference, although her follow-up, ‘Defeat Of My Center’, documented with Michael ‘Ibo’ Cooper of UNDER-DEVELOPED, introduced her to some wider audience.
