Cecil Irwin

A big music group arranger and reed participant who is mainly known for his regular membership in a number of of the fantastic Earl Hines rings from the ’20s and ’30s, Cecil Irwin unfortunately got an area in the portion of the music graveyard specialized in those that perished on the highway.
