Cassius

Virginia-based metalcore collective Cassius shaped in the town of Richmond in 2003. After several lineup adjustments, the band resolved down with vocalist Myke Terry, guitarists Ben Diller and Nick Smigielski, drummer Tony Lastomirsky, and bassist Brian Pennington. Hardcore touring (with works like Ed Gein and Misery Indicators, amongst others) and a brutal commitment ultimately brought these to Crimson Globe Studios to record their debut, I Am Jim Jones, that was released in January 2007 in the Lifeforce Information label.
