Biography
Actress, talk display host, reality display star, and vocalist Carnie Wilson was destined to maintain display business: she’s the girl of legendary Seaside Boys frontman/music genius Brian Wilson and his wife Marilyn (a vocalist in her own ideal ). Down the road she teamed with her sister Wendy and Chynna Phillips to create soft rock and roll/pop very trio Wilson Phillips. The group liked several chart-topping strikes making use of their eponymous debut, but their follow-up was significantly less than effective as well as the trio known as it quits soon thereafter. Wilson continuing to create and record with Wendy, including focus on a cooperation making use of their superstar dad. Down the road she continued to sponsor her own chat display — Carnie! — that was a short-lived effort because of the oversaturation from the evening talk display circuit by additional Hollywood superstars. Wilson was also among the 1st superstars to publicly discuss her gastric bypass medical procedures, a move which helped her overcome her lifelong struggle with weight problems. However this success was temporary, as she gradually begun to regain fat; especially following the delivery of her initial child. Her fight is still a drama the general public can stick to: in 2006 she became a cast person in VH1’s reality display Celebrity Fit Membership. Wilson regrouped with her sister and Chynna Phillips to record a fresh record in 2004; she proceeds to create and record music, performs live at Seaside Boys concerts being a singer throughout their countless summer travels and, lately, she documented an record of lullabies on her behalf newborn daughter.

"I'm proof that surgery is not a magic potion. There are many ways to sabotage it. I didn't feel like myself, and I turned to alcohol because I couldn't turn to food anymore. Alcohol numbed me out for a while, then it got scary. I needed to get into recovery. It was a very private struggle, Rob (her husband) was pretty scared for me. I was always the one who was strong and in charge, and I let go. I've been clean and sober for almost two years. I stopped, I got healthy, and I got pregnant." (People, May 8, 2006) |

"Was I a perfect gastric-bypass patient? Yes. Was I the perfect gastric-bypass pregnant woman? No. I made a decision to enjoy my pregnancy....So sue me! But I've learned a lesson: Next time I've got to watch the carbs." (People, May 8, 2006) |

"...The B. F. Goodrich ad ran during the Rose Bowl. It was the first income I ever made, and my mom put it away for me. It was about $15,000 or $30,000. She said, 'You'll need this one day.' It's long gone, let me tell you!" (from a 1996 interview) |

"My mother gave me a spiritual perspective. She felt her life was miraculous. She came from a poor background, one pair of shoes, from a loving Jewish family. She was fourteen when she met my dad. She married him at sixteen, and she had me at twenty. She grew up very fast. She taught me about karma: If you do something nice for someone, it'll come back to you. It's the most powerful thing on Earth. That's how I live my life." (from a 1996 interview) |
