Carnal Forge, while aligned with Sweden’s fertile death metallic scene, actually harks back again more to traditional thrash and speed metallic, particularly Slayer (along with the melodic sensibilities of countrymen In the Gates). Shaped in Sept 1997, the music group presented vocalist Jonas Kjellgren (ex-Dellamorte and Centinex), guitarists Jari Kuusisto and Johan Magnusson, bassist Dennis Vestman, and drummer Stefan Westerberg; Westerberg and Kuusisto got previously performed collectively within In Thy Dreams. Carnal Forge’s debut recording, Who’s Gonna Burn off, premiered in 1998 (by Relapse in the us and Battle in European countries); the music group signed an internationally deal with Hundred years Media immediately after. Their second record, Firedemon, made an appearance in 2000, with Kuusisto’s sibling Petri having changed Vestman. New vocalist Jens C. Mortensen became a member of Carnal Forge in past due 2004 and produced his first documented appearance using the music group on 2007’s Testify for My Victims.
