The wife of smooth jazz synthesizer, flute and guitarist Chuck Loeb, Carmen Cuesta has generated her own reputation being a soulful pop and jazz vocalist, guitarist and songwriter. Having offered an apprenticeship being a history vocalist for Grover Washington, Jr., Michael Franks, Gato Barbieri, Peabo Bryson, Earl Klugh and Jim Hall along with a chorus dancer in such musicals simply because Godspell, Cuesta continues to be steadily getting acclaim being a soloist. Her debut 1996 single record, One Kiss, which highlighted guest performances by Costs Evans and Toots Thielemans, was accompanied by the amazing SATISFACTION three years afterwards. A self-taught guitarist, Cuesta composed her own music before her fifteenth birthday.
