Cargo Cult

A mishmash of differing styles, including rock and roll, metallic, punk, and psychedelia, Cargo Cult formed in Austin, TX, within the mid-’80s. A quartet comprising Big Kids member Randy “Biscuit” Turner on vocals, eventual Jesus Lizard and Tomahawk member Duane Denison on acoustic guitar, Don Davis on acoustic guitar, and Wayne Bonney on drums, Cargo Cult released their just album, Strange Males Bearing Presents, on Contact and Go ahead 1986. Exactly the same label re-released the recording in 2002.
