Cardiknox

Electronic-based duo Cardiknox make hooky, heartfelt, dance-oriented pop. Created in 2013, Cardiknox features the skills of vocalist Lonnie Position and multi-instrumentalist Thomas Dutton. Originally hailing from Seattle, the duo fulfilled and relocated to NY together this year 2010 while operating an off-Broadway musical, Razia’s Darkness: A Musical; a display based an recording by Dutton’s after that music group Forgive Durden. As the musical was well received, both Position and Dutton recognized they wished to pursue their personal task. By 2014, that they had released a small number of tracks online including “Dark Wayfarers” and “Keep Me Down,” garnering them positive interest. Predicated on these paths, Cardiknox (a reworking of Angle’s mother’s maiden-name Cardinaux) relocated to LA to record with Grammy-winning manufacturer John Shanks. In 2016, they released their debut full-length record, Family portrait, on Warner Bros.
