Queens, NY-based hardcore rapper Capone was created Kiam Holley. While portion a prison word, he befriended fellow inmate Victor Santiago; upon their discharge, the duo rechristened themselves Capone-N-Noreaga and in 1997, released their debut LP, The Battle Survey. Parole violations shortly sent Holley back again to the slammer, as Noreaga pursued a single career.
