Cantus

The Norwegian choral ensemble Cantus was formed in 1986 by several young women who wished to manage their own performances. The group, comprising 30 amateur performers, is situated in Trondheim and led by Tove Ramlo-Ystad, who became a member of as a vocalist and is among the most group’s movie director. Cantus typically performs preparations of traditional and contemporary functions, and offers crossed over into jazz, folk, and pop music. The group credits its involvement in choral contests with sharpening its concentrate and raising the grade of its shows. Cantus is becoming an international feeling due to its addition in the soundtrack from the Disney film Frozen, which presented the monitor Vuelie, compiled by Frode Fjellheim and Christophe Beck.
