Candie Payne

A singer/songwriter using a bent toward ’60s-influenced pop with an indie rock and roll advantage, Candie Payne was created in Liverpool in 1983. Nevertheless, she spent a lot of her youngsters in the Jackson Heights community of Queens, NY, where she shifted with her parents until time for England at age group ten.
