Six former users from the Esquires began taking part in a normal gig at a resort if they were asked to record an individual for Tonsil Information. “Higher and Higher” became a large Canadian strike in 1970, but bandmembers Barbra Bullard (vocals), John Matthews (vocals), Gary Comeau (business lead acoustic guitar), Paul Huot (acoustic guitar), Wayne Leslie (bass) and Richard Patterson (drums) made a decision to split up instead of quit their day time jobs. Additional users included guitarist Lock McFadden, pianist Daryl Wadsworth, vocalist Valerie Tucker and bassist Rick Lemieux. Wadsworth created another band beneath the name Canada Goose, nonetheless it failed quite quickly.
