Campo is actually an innovative collective led by Juan Campodónico, a musician, manufacturer, and composer from Uruguay whose music vision mixes cumbia, hip-hop, choice rock and roll, and techno right into a potent and business international fusion. Blessed in Montevideo, Uruguay in 1971, Campodónico spent an excellent element of his youth in Mexico in exile along with his family members following the 1973 coup in his house country, so when general elections had been finally kept in 1984, he came back house to Montevideo and immersed himself in the neighborhood music picture. He produced a music group, Un Peyote Asesino, in the middle-’90s, as well as the group, which blended hip-hop and grunge, released two albums and produced a little bit of worldwide attention before breaking up, and Campodónico transformed his focus on production for a while. He produced the group Bajofondo with fellow musician and manufacturer Gustavo Santaolalla as the 10 years closed, as well as the music group released several effective albums that produced both regional and worldwide curiosity. Campodónico and Santaolalla began the Campo documenting project ten years or so in to the 21st hundred years, using the music artists from Bajofondo as well as the abilities of Swedish vocalist Ellen Arkbro, Annibel Kerpel, songwriter Martin Rivero, and engineer Joe Chiccarelli. The collective, contacting itself Campo, released an unbiased record on Bizarro Information, simply known as Campo, in 2012.
