Caitlin Canty

Caitlin Canty is a Nashville-based singer/songwriter using a skill for distilling blues, folk, nation, and rock and roll into her own personal make of dusky Americana. Delivered and elevated in Vermont, Canty started writing and executing in her past due teenagers. After graduating from university in Williamstown, Massachusetts, she shifted to NEW YORK, where she proved helpful for the Emmy-nominated music tv series Live through the Artist’s Den. This year 2010, with help from Boston-based indie folk quartet Darlingside, she documented her debut EP. 2 yrs later, she stop her day work and focused most of her energy on music, touring, and carrying out like a trio with lap metal participant Hans Holzen and Kyle Kegerreis on upright bass. That same 12 months, she released her debut full-length, Golden Hour. A proceed to Nashville adopted the discharge of her acclaimed sophomore long-player, Reckless Skyline.
