C.W.A. or Cheeseheads With Attitude was shaped by Steve Rachelle (aka St. Evie) after his encouraging however short-lived stint with Tuff found a finish in the first ’90s. A Wisconsin indigenous, Rachelle’s loyalties lay using the Green Bay Packers soccer group. Their debut EP Right Outta Wisconsin premiered in 1996 to coincide using the Packers’ rise to prominence. The next release, Cheeseheads forever, premiered in 1997.
