C-Tec

Having already obtained strong executing and documenting encounter before they fulfilled in 1995, Jean-Luc De Meyer and Marc Heal uncovered a tremendous music synchronicity if they began playing together. De Meyer, business lead vocalist for Entrance 242, which produced in 1982 in Belgium and became the forerunner from the reign of terror electronica; Heal, from the commercial terrorists Cubanate from Britain; and Ged Denton (of Turmoil N.T.We.), took within the name from the Cyber-Tec Task (as an offspring of Cyber-Tec Information, the U.K. label) and continuing with the procedure of creatively turning techno rhythms into harsher mutations. Their 1st documenting was Let THE BODY Die, an EP with De Meyer, Denton, and Jonathan Clear. Heal was as well associated with Cubanate for the documenting, but re-joined for his or her next documenting, and Sharp remaining. Becoming more self-employed and realizing these were a full-fledged music group going someplace, they shortened their moniker to C-Tec. In Dec 1997, the music group authorized with WaxTrax! (label for Cubanate). Dave Bianchi (also from Cubanate), and Julian Beeston (previously with Nitzer Ebb and its own dark goth from the first ’90s), became a member of on. C-Tec’s debut full-length recording, Darker, premiered in January 1998, and C-Tec began on its 1st tour of European countries and america, which included a more elaborate light display. In 2001, the band’s recording Cut premiered in Germany, obtainable in the U.S. just on transfer. The album proceeds the band’s tendency of frenzied, severe, haunting rhythms.
