Mexican rapper C-Kan was created José Luis Maldonado in Guadalajara in 1987. Influenced by Cypress Hill and Control Machete, C-Kan started rapping as an adolescent, delivering hard-edged stories about his encounters with gangs, medicines, and assault. His 1st mixtape, Get Cash, found its way to 2006, accompanied by Siluetas del Rap in 2007.
