Byul.org is a South Korean collective whose creative pursuits include image and fashion style, artwork direction, branding, software program advancement, and experimental pop music. Originally referred to as Byul (Korean for “superstar”), the collective produced in 2000 and afterwards transformed to Byul.org to differentiate itself from a K-pop superstar from the same name. The group’s associates, who include innovative movie director TaeSang Cho aswell as Yu Hur, Jowall, YunYi Yi, and SuhnJoo Yi, started as consuming buddies and shortly extended to creating — and documenting their masterpieces — whenever you can. They started launching music being a supplement with their artwork magazine, Once a month Vampire, and through their very own label, Membership Bidanbaem, and obtained recognition beyond Korea because of their rating for the 2001 film Look after My Cat. Ultimately, Byul.org’s music made its method to Burnt Toast Vinyl fabric, who initial contacted the group in 2005 about releasing its initial official record.
