Buried at Sea

Chicago based Buried In Ocean were a sludge and doom metal outfit that was signed to famous post metal sludge and doom label Neurot. Their 1st launch, a 2002 demonstration, was accompanied by their complete duration debut, Migration in 2003. The music group, bringing noises and affects from such previously rings as Wickerman and Behold! The Living Corpse, included Jason Depew on guitars, Sanford Parker on electric guitar and vocals, Brian Sowell on bass and vocals, and drummer Costs Daniel. 2004 noticed the release from the EP She Resided For Others But Passed away FOR ALL OF US. In 2007, Buried At Ocean released another EP, the critically well-received Ghost.
