Bug!

Bug! is certainly a power-pop music group from Minneapolis focused about guitarist/vocalist Rick Meyer (previously of the neighborhood music group Sam Iam — not really the similarly called pop-punk group) and ex-Holiday Ranch vocalist Karen Paurus. The duo met up in 1993 following the breakups of their particular bands and quickly thereafter added a tempo section of manufacturer/bassist John “Strawberry” Areas and drummer Jon Niefeld (previously using the Rembrandts). A self-titled debut premiered in 1994.
