Bruce Daigrepont

An admitted kid from the Cajun revival, Daigrepont just began regarding Cajun music seeing that something apart from the music of his grandparents’ era when he heard such young Turks seeing that Michael Doucet and Zachary Richard within the ’70s. Ironically, this vocalist and accordionist created a style relatively even more traditional than that of his mentors. Composing his own materials and fronting a good band, Daigrepont provides earned both acceptance of his elders as well as the respect of his peers.
