Bright is a four-member gal music group from Japan that mixes J-pop with R&B and gospel. Originally tagged “Ko Spellers” and produced in 2001 with a trio of youth close friends, Nagi (name Nagisa Shigemura; alto), Mi-Mi (Mizuki Inoue; mezzo-soprano), and Meg (Megumi Nakaya; soprano), the group transformed its name to Shiny in 2003, when it had been joined up with by Nanaka Kobayashi (mezzo-soprano).
