Brian Hartzog

Kinston, NC’s Brian Hartzog mixes common rock sounds using the funk of Prince and Adam Brown. Generally the ambitious type, Hartzog began writing his very own songs at age 14. Profiting from inexpensive technology, he performed all the tools and created his debut Compact disc, 1995’s The Smashing of Photos. Hartzog then converted his focus on the control space to focus on his creation abilities and enlisted a few of Charlotte, NC’s best musicians for a far more “live” experience. Grammy-winning engineer Tag Williams helped out and Hartzog released his second Compact disc, One-Way Solution, in 2003.
