Brent Jones

Californian gospel songwriter Brent Jones initial emerged because the leader of Brent Jones & the T.P. Mobb on Motown’s 1994 compilation Motown RETURNS. The comp highlighted such Motown luminaries as Smokey Robinson as well as the Temptations, in addition to Jones’ structure “Heart Control Me.” The audio the group developed was a far more street-minded undertake gospel, intertwining R&B affects just as as contemporaries like Kirk Franklin.
