Shaped in 1997, Canadian hip-hop staff Brassmunk spent the lion’s reveal of their initial few years jointly releasing a reliable stream of 3rd party singles prior to the main label Virgin arrived and provided them a offer. People S-Roc, Clip, Agile, and could 19 released their initial EP, Dark Sunrise, on 54th/Virgin in 2002, and in 2003 the EP was extended and re-released being a full-length using the group’s early function added on. Dark Sunrise was a crucial hit, and gained a nomination for Greatest Rap Recording on the 2004 Juno Honours. In between launching their first record and launching its follow-up, FEWturistic, Brassmunk dropped founding member Might 19. He was changed by Reign, and the brand new album strike the roads in 2007. Brassmunk gained their second Juno nomination within the 2008 model of the honours ceremony.
