Box Set

The alterna-rock five-piece Box Set casts jaunty layers of rootsy Americana to produce a post-jangle pop sound. Arriving collectively in 1991, frontman guitarist Jim Brunberg and acoustic guitarist Jeff Pehrson fulfilled at an open up mic night time in SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA. Their musical connection was quick, and quickly Brunberg and Pehrson stop their day careers and began playing the cafe circuit throughout California. Soon thereafter, bassist Chad Heise, drummer Tag Abbott, and organist Sam Johnston became a member of the ranks to create Box Set full.
