Among the many part projects from the prolific Elliott Clear, the fiery avant-garde jazz and experimental rock and roll clothing Boodlers also included bassist Fred Chalenor and drummer Henry Franzoni, two longtime Pacific Northwest music innovators who’ve played collectively in such avant jazz-rock clothes while Caveman Shoestore and Faceditch. After issuing their debut LP for the Cavity Search label in 1995, the trio shifted to Tim/Kerr Information for 1997’s Counter-top Fit.
