Bobby Alessi

Previously members of Barnaby Bye alongside ex-Blues Magoos singer Peppy Castro, similar twin brothers Billy and Bobby Alessi (b. 12 July 1953, Western world Hempstead, Long Isle, NY, USA) sprang to popularity in 1977 with the united kingdom Top 10 and main European hit one, ‘Oh Lori’ (it failed within their homeland). This sumptuous cut of tranquility pop evoked the carefree, summertime atmosphere of a far more innocent period. Although subsequent produces continued in an identical vein, they lacked the appeal of that preliminary achievement. The duo was agreed upon to manufacturer Quincy Jones’ Qwest label in 1982, but this produced small difference to Alessi’s following industrial fortunes. The brothers eventually enjoyed more achievement as jingle authors, creating US areas for Ford, Slim Fast and Twix. They released a fresh studio album by the end of 2003.
