Bob Woodfork

b. 13 March 1925, Lake Town, Arkansas, USA, d. June 1988, Chicago, Illinois, USA. Woodfork discovered guitar as a young child, but his musical profession began in america Army during Globe Battle II, when the USO noticed him in Swansea, Wales. Back Chicago, he worked well like a sideman for Otis Hurry, and later on for Jimmy Rogers, Howlin’ Wolf, George Smith and Small Walter. Some middle-60s recordings under his very own name had been released on albums for the brand new European blues market, but didn’t advance his profession. Woodfork continuing to are a sideman and periodic head in the Chicago night clubs.
