Biography

Although Bob Carlisle hit the pop graphs inside a big way during 1997, he began building music back the ’70s, initially by appearing on many vocal classes. Carlisle finally discovered a solo profession in 1993, performing gospel pop/rock and roll with subtle spirit influences. He previously appeared with many early Jesus Music functions — includin g Allies — and sang backup vocals on classes by Bryan Duncan, Vince Ebo, Sandi Patti and Petra before putting your signature on with Sparrow Information in 1993; his self-titled debut album made an appearance later that 12 months. By 1996, Carlisle was documenting for the Diadem label, which year’s Tones of Elegance became a gospel strike, propelled from the solitary “Mighty Like.” The next 12 months, Carlisle unexpectedly became a crossover achievement when the solitary “Butterfly Kisses” became a pop strike. The recording was repackaged and reissued within the springtime of 1997 beneath the name Butterfly Kisses and it topped the pop graphs; Stories from your Heart adopted in 1998. That same 12 months, Carlisle also released Butterfly Kissess & Bedtime Prayers; its sequel adopted in early 1999. ONLY the Truth premiered a year later on.
