With indie rock and roll and pop wisdom far exceeding how old they are, and a lively live show featuring adventurous arrangements, N.Con.C. music group Blame the individual begun to make a name for itself in the past due-’00s, its five people all still in senior high school. Vocalist Sofia Kapur’s elegantly self-confident vocals — halfway between Natalie Product owner as well as the Sundays — are supported by the elaborate, alternately jagged and breezy backdrops established by her sibling Anders on bass, Hunter Lombard, Andrew Leopold on electric guitar, and Annelise Stabenau on drums.
