Composed of Rob Hartley (vocals), Jamie Web page (guitar), Vince Linardi (bass) and Joe Demasi (drums), Australian hard rockers Dark Alice customized in a derivative but highly animated mixture of force chords and bellowing vocals from Hartley. A lot of the songwriting in the group’s exclusive record, 1983’s Endangered Types, was just a little lacking in variety. Released in European countries before it had been offered in Australia, the group certified the documenting to RCA Information for their local marketplace in 1984, but generally there, too, it didn’t sell.
