Biography
Birth is actually one guy, the mysterious vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Dawm Lanten, referred to as DL. After attaining a recording agreement with Hut Information Lanten found the attention from the press and open public using the singles, ‘Lovely Idol’ and ‘Present A MEANS Out’. We were holding followed in-may 2000 with the critically acclaimed debut Gotten Daring, which showcased melodic traditional pop musicianship, and Lanten’s achieved, soulful tone of voice. Lanten cited the underrated UK vocalist Jess Roden being a source of motivation. Gotten Daring ranged from natural guitar-based pop to R&B and 60s rock and roll influenced materials but were able to audio modern despite its nostalgic allusions. DL was helped by many leading session guys, like the Bee Gees’ long-time key pad participant Blue Weaver.
