Biography

Going for a cue from ’70s art rock and roll stalwarts like Queen and ELO as well as the blistering assault of modern rock revivalists just like the Darkness and Coheed and Cambria, Los Angeles-based progressive rock and roll clothing Bigelf aren’t afraid to utilize the conditions pop and rock within the same phrase. Bigelf were produced in 1995 throughout the abilities of Damon Fox (vocals/keyboards), Ace Tag (guitars), Duffy Snowhill (bass), and Froth (drums), and — a long time before breaking within their homeland — they discovered a European market because of their epic compositions, credited in part with their penchant for classic gear, complicated harmonies, and outrageous live shows. They released Hex in 2005, garnering reviews that are positive from critics and supporters alike, accompanied by Cheat the Gallows in 2008.
