Spirit vocalist Lee Drakeford led the brand new Shirt quartet Today through many Best Five R&B strikes during the past due ’80s. Following the group break up in the first ’90s, Drakeford started a successful single career documenting as Big Bub. His debut recording, Comin’ at Cha, gained Best 40 entries for the singles “I Don’t Brain” and “Tellin’ Me Tales,” and Drakeford started producing and focusing on sessions like a history vocalist. He later on authorized to the nu traditional spirit label Kedar Entertainment, also the house of Erykah Badu. His sophomore recording Timeless also do well for the R&B graphs. His third launch The TakeOver made an appearance in 2000.
