Betty Blowtorch

Betty Blowtorch sparks a profane twist towards the large side of rock & move. Strutting using the guts of Joan Jett and severe vocals of L7, this hard rock and roll four-piece is actually individualistic and unafraid to become disruptive. Bianca Butthole (bass/vocals), Sharon Fine needles (electric guitar), Blare N. Bitch (electric guitar), and Judy Molish (drums) follow Hollywood’s large metal/glam rock picture with a interest for sexed-up anthems of illusion, and also have been honing their awful rock ways because the past due ’90s. LOG OFF was separately released on Foil in springtime 1999, but 2001’s HAVE YOU BEEN Man Enough? proclaimed Betty Blowtorch’s brutal debut with Foodchain, and gimmicky first one “Size Queen” discovered Vanilla Glaciers flaunting his once-popular rap stylings. While on tour with Nashville Pussy, Molish and Fine needles quit the music group in wintertime 2001, and L7’s Jennifer Finch acquired stepped in. Quickly thereafter, Bianca Butthole, unfortunately, was wiped out in a vehicle accident in New Orleans in mid-December. Having to pay tribute to Butthole as well as the irritated punk rock and roll of Betty Blowtorch, Foodchain released the rarities collection entitled Last Contact Might 2003. This 29-monitor album highlighted outtakes, demos, interviews and live shows, a definite will need to have for substantial fans from the band.
