Bent Backed Tulips

Named in mention of a lyric in the Beatles’ cryptic “Cup Onion,” the Bent Backed Tulips was an alias for the brand new Jersey-based alternative pop strap Dramarama, and presented that group’s core members, including singer John Easdale, bassist Chris Carter, and guitarists Tag Englert and Peter Real wood. Release a the limited-edition Western LP Searching Through…, they used the name Bent Supported Tulips in order never to confuse followers with the brand new Dramarama recording issued at quite similar period; after Dramarama’s 1994 separation, nevertheless, the name video game became a moot stage, and Searching Through… was finally released in the U.S. in 1995.
