Benny Sings

Benny Sings is really a Dutch vocalist and songwriter whose music embraces the sun-drenched melodic buildings of pop music through the 1960s and ’70s, even though fusing them with preparations and creation influenced by hip-hip and electronic music. Benny Sings was created Tim Berkestijn in 1977, and grew up in Dordrecht, a town in the traditional western Netherlands. When Berkestijn was an adolescent, he shaped his first music group, a high-school combo known as the Loveboat. After graduating from senior high school, Berkestijn signed up for the Royal Conservatory within the Hague, where he analyzed sonology. In 1999, Berkestijn used the stage name Benny Sings as he became a member of the Dutch hip-hop group Abstract Dialect, putting your signature on on as their bassist. In a short time, Sings was also dealing with the hip-hop collective De Toffen, in addition to writing and generating materials for the soul-styled group Heavenly Sociable. In 2003, Sings struck from his own, producing his first single recording, Champagne People, that was released from the Dutch label Dox Information. Germany’s Sonor Kollektiv label found the recording for Western distribution, and it gained enthusiastic evaluations and impressive product sales. Sings’ next work was a 2004 live disk, I REALLY LIKE You, and 3 years later on, he released Benny…IN THE HOME, which true to its name was recorded in his house studio room, with Sings handling a lot of the creation and instrumental function himself. Using the 2011 recording Artwork, Sings’ music started receiving greater interest in america, as well as the 2012 compilation THE VERY BEST of Benny Sings was put together with a watch toward introducing worldwide viewers to his body of function. Though there have been no fresh Benny Sings albums for a couple years, he remained very busy. Alongside touring, generating multiple acts, showing up on popular track (2015’s “Don’t Sing”) with French maker Data, and developing new rings (new influx disco duo Duplicate Golf club, Coco Tour, and Two times Two times), he also constructed a new studio room in Amsterdam. His 5th recording, the soft rock and roll and Phil Collins-inspired, Stepkids-mixed Studio room, was documented there and released in past due 2015.
