Benni Hemm Hemm

Benni Hemm Hemm, the Icelandic indie pop music group fronted by Benedikt H. Hermannsson, initial began to consider main when Hermannsson, following a limited discharge of his single SummerPlate EP in 2003, shifted to Italy for a couple months and begun to write a fresh batch of tracks. With a complete music group, including trumpet, bass, and flügelhorn, Benni Hemm Hemm released their self-titled full-length debut on Iceland’s Smákökurnar Information in Sept 2005, with reissues in Japan, European countries, and THE UNITED STATES coming the next year by using P-Vine and Morr Music, respectively. In November of 2006 the group’s second record, Kajak, recorded in a few days at Sigur Rós’ studio room, arrived in Iceland, and by Might 2007 it got strike U.S. shores. The band’s third studio room record, Murta St. Calunga, implemented in 2008. In 2011 Benni Hemm Hemm came back with the recording Skot, offering Hermannsson supported by the Icelandic pop ensemble Vintage Stefson.
