NY City-based multi-instrumentalist Ben Jelen writes lush orchestral pop tunes that celebrate the breadth and complexity of human being emotion. The nomadic tunesmith — he’s resided in Britain, Scotland, Tx, and NJ — spent his formative years honing his abilities on your guitar, violin, and piano, sometimes seated in with close friends’ rings. He produced a self-produced demonstration while operating as an engineer at an area studio room, and was found out by way of a Calvin Klein advertising executive in a Jane’s Habit concert who wished to present Jelen a go in a modeling profession. Jelen dropped, but piqued the eye from the now-revealed CEO of Fearless Administration, Joseph Janus, along with his excitement for a profession in music. Janus authorized on because the youthful artist’s supervisor and thought prominently in his putting your signature on with Madonna’s Maverick Documenting Organization. Jelen released his debut, Provide It All Aside, in March 2004. The ecologically themed Ex-Sensitive found its way to 2007. The recording experienced a decidedly even more organic sound and drawn a lot of its motivation from your pop music from the ’60s and ’70s.
